HOW WE WORK TOGETHER

READ ON TO EXPLORE THE PROCESS OF WHAT IT'S LIKE TO WORK WITH ME.

Working with Me

I blend the clinical with the holistic.

First, let’s see in what settings I can provide care…

I ACCEPT THESE INSURANCES: Aetna, Aetna – MERITAIN, BCBS, Choice, DMBA – Non-Network, EMI – Health West, Med, MotivHealth,PEHP, SelectHealth Care, SelectHealth Share, SelectHealth Signature, SelectHealth Value, United GEHA, United Health Care (Optum), United UMR

If you're a candidate for Clinical psychotherapy...

Call the intake specialists at Aspire Counseling Network and tell the helpful staff that you’re interested in scheduling an initial session. Be aware that this option requires some wait time because I am often scheduled out for 2-3 weeks but I will work with the front desk to get you in as soon as possible (this applies to in-person or virtual psychotherapy). Once it’s scheduled, you’re set!

If you are eligible for my coaching, here are the next steps...

  1. Complete intake form here.
  2. You will meet with me for a free one-hour consultation to discuss the best package of services to meet your needs, this will be drafted collaboratively and is tailored to each unique client. We will end with a service contract draft that covers the following themes:
  • setting, frequency and duration of sessions
The limits of services (i. e. 8 sessions), including how we can modify the service contract in the case that more sessions are needed
  • What services you’re requesting
  • The agreed-upon price of the service package including any payment schedule( if applicable)
  • All policies and procedures ( separate document) which must be signed/agreed to before the onset of services
  • A rough timeline outlining future session dates/times including what type of service will be provided on that date (ie. 1st session: end of life paperwork, 2nd session: Reiki, etc.)
  • Any other specific support requested by the client that should be documented to deliver a clear picture of what treatment will consist of, what the client is consenting to, and what the client is investing in.

Once the consultation is finished, you can expect professional and thoughtful care within the limits of the agreed upon service package for the duration of our professional relationship.
